A lot of times I will either get paired up or at least face one pro every sixth game via 3 on 3 mode anyway, my main question is how is it obtained?

Oh! The Pro Name-Tag is just from an event awhile back, so only certain people got it. If you are new, the most likely.. You aren't getting it, now.
